Kingman Community Hospital in Kingman, KS is seeking a Chief Executive Officer that is passionate about rural healthcare, has a strong knowledge of CAH financing, and lives by the value that ‘Patients Come First’. KCH is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital with a Level IV trauma emergency department that is located 40 miles west of Wichita, KS. We offer a variety of services which allows our community members to receive top-notch medical treatment while staying close to home. We have two Rural Health Clinics located in Kingman and Cunningham, KS. There are currently three physicians and eight midlevel providers employed. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of a strategic plan to enhance the healthcare services and culture for Kingman Community Hospital. They are key to driving staff engagement and plays a critical role in shaping a positive organizational presence within the Kingman community. We are seeking a results-oriented, hands-on, community-driven leader to ensure the hospital is prepared for future changes in healthcare trends and technology. Kingman Community Hospital is a change-agent that is thriving. The CEO must be willing to keep the hospital moving forward and not just maintain the hospital in the community. Candidates must have a strong financial background, understand Cost Report Reimbursement and be strong at presenting and analyzing financial results. CEO must understand regulation review and proper way to balance growth, quality, finances, community service and patient/employee satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or healthcare required. Master’s degree preferred or must be willing to obtain a master’s degree in three years. |
