MACC is seeking qualified candidates for the Executive Director of Missouri Health Professions Consortium Medical Laboratory Technician Program. The Program Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and administration of the Medical Laboratory Technician Program. Responsibilities include: program development, curriculum development and implementation, budgeting and allocating resources, evaluating program outcomes, selecting and supervising Program faculty and staff, maintaining accreditation, pursuing and promoting professional development of self and Program faculty.

Qualified candidates must:
have an earned master’s or doctoral degree;
hold ASCP-BOC or ASCPi-BOC generalist certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist;
have three years of teaching experience;
have knowledge of education methods and administration as well as current NAACLS accreditation procedures and certification procedures
