Reporting to the SCCA Chief Medical Officer, the Vice President of Quality, Safety and Value (VP QSV) will lead SCCA’s Clinical Quality, Patient Safety, Value, Infection Prevention, Risk Management, Patient Relations and Laboratory Quality operations. This leader will be responsible for the integration of quality, safety and value initiatives, in concert with the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of clinical performance, service metrics and outcome measurements.

A humble leader who listens to learn, is team oriented and is astute at assessing situations;
The ability to effectively communicate and work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.
SCCA desires a physician or other clinical professional with a minimum of seven to ten years of progressive quality, safety and patient experience leadership, preferably in a leading cancer center environment. The ideal candidate will have patient-facing experience and will be CPHQ certified.
