This Senior Vice President/Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for championing UCare’s mission to optimize the health of our members, advance health and racial equity goals, and improve affordability for members and government partners, and ensure effective Health Services operations. In concert with other members of the leadership team, the CMO establishes and implements a market-leading framework for population health, quality management, pharmacy management, mental health and substance disorder services, and clinical operations. Additionally, the CMO serves as the leading physician voice in influencing UCare’s growth, business, policy, quality, employment, and other strategic initiatives.
