SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to envision, create and shepherd the System's Supply Chain function towards new efficiencies and success. This role will be tasked with creating a strategy that will continue transformation of the function, creating a highly efficient shared service organization, through the alignment of people, process, and technology. This position will be tasked with defining and creating a function capable of driving sustainable service, cost and control efficiencies and results across a growing and transforming health system. This role requires a leader who will draw upon past assignments and experiences in envisioning, developing and leading a cohesive, sophisticated and effective supply chain shared service of considerable scale. Working collaboratively, this role will shape and define optimal supply chain configurations that will deliver superior category development and drive efficiencies. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline required. 

Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in progressively more sophisticated end-to-end Supply Chain leadership roles required. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

Advanced degree in healthcare, business, supply chain or logistics preferred. 

Healthcare experience preferred.
