Performs diverse advanced secretarial and administrative functions for the CEO/COO. Applies knowledge of business and applications to research topics, investigate problems or questions and provide necessary information and/or achieve resolution. Functions as a key point contact and customer service for the CEO/COO and is accountable for achieving satisfactory and positive outcomes with key contacts. Facilitates meeting logistics, agendas and minutes for Governing Board and associated subcommittees. Composes memorandums, reports and complex documents that require a high degree of knowledge of hospital policies, organization, personnel and services. Uses discretionary initiative and judgement in handling sensitive and confidential details. Delegates work to support staff as appropriate. Demonstrates supervisor interpersonal and administrative skills commensurate with position.
