JOB DESCRIPTION: The Regional Vice President will be responsible for a group of ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals in USPI's Houston, Texas Market. In collaboration with the leadership team at multiple facilities, the RVP oversees the operations, finance, and partnership/equity management within their region. The RVP ensures achievement of financial and quality objectives through case growth, recruitment of new surgeons, and retention of existing surgeons. They work closely with Development to identify and execute opportunities to expand USPI's presence in the market.
