The System VP is a highly visible leader who works as the business operations dyad partner with the System Chair of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, to build a vision and strategies for exemplary quality, customer service, and operating results.  The VP, System Laboratories develops business plans which align and integrate resources for service excellence, employee engagement, and entrepreneurial growth. This executive provides primary product line leadership for human resources, finance, supply chain, and information technology.  The individual in this role fosters a culture of innovation, employee development, safety, accreditation, and responsible business performance.
