Reporting directly to the President & CEO, provides executive leadership and direction towards the achievement of Children's Wisconsin and Children's Service Society of Wisconsin's (CSSW) annual strategic plan, goals and objectives.  Establishes and implements plans to protect, promote and improve child, and family health using evidenced based population health strategies.  Serves as the senior executive providing leadership on legislative, advocacy and regulatory items supportive of Children's Wisconsin mission and values.   Oversees lobbying and relationship management with all elected and other government officials at the local, state and federal level.
