A Partnership Vice President is responsible for collaborating with USPI Operations leadership to develop and implement organic growth strategies, prioritizing external physician recruitment and service line expansion. In accordance with enterprise and local strategic priorities, this role will establish and foster relationships with physicians, practice managers and/or schedulers. With the objective of increasing the selection of our centers by physicians and expanding services offered at our centers, this role is responsible for educating providers on surgical center and / or surgical hospital capabilities, availability, and other differentiators, as well as resolving client concerns related to operations.
