Founded in Columbia, South Carolina in 1980, Columbia Nephrology is the largest nephrology practice in South Carolina.  Our physician owned practice currently has 19 physicians and11 mid-level practitioners.  Columbia Nephrology provides a complete range of services to our renal patients including: chronic kidney disease (CKD) care, dialysis, kidney transplant care, interventional nephrology and management of anemia. Columbia Nephrology is a founding member for Carolina Kidney Partners, a risk bearing entity for value-based care and is a participant in the current Medicare CKCC program.  The practice is very progressive and forward thinking in the delivery of renal care and in looking to adapt to the ever-changing business models of renal care.  We are seeking a wel
