MPCA is hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work as part of our mostly remote team. The COO is an integral part of MPCA's success, and in our recruitment, we're looking for someone who can achieve the following: 

• Lead organizational efforts to coordinate and integrate all MPCA programs, while providing supportive supervision to program staff on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure provision of high-quality training and technical assistance (TTA) and oversee contracts for HR and IT functions.
• Manage the finance function in the organization through supervision and collaboration with Director of Finance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues in consultation with MPCA leadership and staff.
• Function as senior leader of MPCA in CEO’s absence.
