The Executive Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network operations, in accordance with the policies adopted by the Board of Directors. The Executive Director has accountable for all ICAHN contracts and affiliated companies. He/she assures that the overall purpose, as stated in the ICAHN Bylaws, is accomplished. The Executive Director is accountable to the ICAHN Board of Directors and responsive to member needs and concerns.
