General Position Summary: The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for providing leadership for planning and oversight of medical protocols, procedures, and programs. The CMO is responsible for recommending and implementing clinical policies and procedures; supervising and inspiring provider staff; ensuring performance improvement activities in all clinical activities; and is an integral part of the executive and leadership teams of the health center. The CMO position is a highly visible executive position that works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and peers to assure Johnson Health Center (JHC) is living the mission, vision, and values to maintain the employer and provider of choice status.
