The Department of Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine invites applications and nominations for the position of Executive Director, Business Affairs. Reporting to the Department Chair, the Executive Director provides strategic direction for administrative functions within the department by overseeing financial management/reporting, integrating business activities/systems, and creating action and business plans to meet mission-related goals of the department. Working closely with the Department Chair and the leadership team, the Executive Director will manage the business office staff and will capitalize on every opportunity to strategically grow and run the department.
