Empath Health is looking for a President to lead the Hospice Programs in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. The ideal candidate will embody the mission, vision, and values of the Empath Hospice Division.  

As the President, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities by effectively communicating and identifying areas for improvement.

Building positive relationships with providers and the community is a key aspect of this role, as you will represent the Hospice Division in various communities.

Collaborating with the Board of Directors, you will keep them informed of strategic goals, industry trends, and organizational performance. Additionally, you will serve as a senior executive representative in outreach activities, events, and community engagement efforts. A commitment to diversity, safety, and providing exceptional care is essential.

• The qualifications for this position include a minimum of a bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, business administration, marketing, or related fields. A master's degree is preferred. You should have at least five to seven years of progressive executive level experience in Hospice or Healthcare administration. Possessing a Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida is required. Moreover, you must have a reliable mode of transportation, valid automobile insurance, and be willing to sign a Business Protection Agreement.
