Mentors directors/managers within organ and tissue operations while nurturing interdisciplinary collaboration across the organization.Closely monitors key performance indicators related to referral, screening, authorization, allocation, donor management, and recovery, utilizing data for operational decision-making.  Evaluates for operational opportunities and then guides the development and implementation of improvement actions to achieve optimal operational performance across the organ and tissue work systems.Works in collaboration with the Executive
