Job Summary The Vice President, Pavilion Business Operations/Chief Staffing Officer reports to the Pavilion Executive Vice President and provides oversight of pavilion finance, business and Chief Staffing Officer functions and operations. This position oversees finance and business staff and processes and leads activities to monitor, assess and influence productivity of the assigned Pavilion (productivity responsibilities are referred to as duties of the Chief Staffing Office. This role also supports the oversight work related to the assigned medical school and any proposals or initiatives under consideration by Harris Health. Oversees the development of business plans for new and/or strategic initiatives for the assi
