Chief Executive Officer
The Position: The President & Chief Executive Officer reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of Shenandoah Community Health. With a $40 million operating budget, the President & CEO will lead and manage the executive leadership team, including the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations/Information Officer, Chief Clinical Officer, and Pharmacy Director/Compliance Officer.  Additional direct reports include the Human Resources Manager, Marketing Manager and Executive Assistant.  Key responsibilities include:   Provide visionary and strategic leadership and translate that vision into measurable strategies and concrete achievements
