POSITION OVERVIEW   At Franciscan, the Senior Vice President, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will serve as a key leader to provide leadership and expertise for healthcare quality and clinical effectiveness and driving clinical quality improvement initiatives. The CMO will work collaboratively with other executives, physicians, and staff to advance our clinical strategies, enhance patient outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This critical role requires a visionary leader with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to foster a culture of excellence among medical staff.   The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is expected to relocate and hold a
