We’re looking for an extraordinary leader who will serve as a strategic business partner and foster a management culture consistent with the organization’s Purpose, Vision, and Values. The ED, in partnership with the Medical Director and Corporate leadership, will set goals and drive the execution of those goals to achieve financial, operational, clinical, and laboratory success. To help the practice achieve these goals, the ED ensures they are presented to and understood by the management team and their staff; uses Corporate services and applications as needed, and shares best practices across the Network to help our Partner Practices learn from one another. The ED must strike a balance between day-to-day operating i
