Job Overview: The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operations at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Lab, Radiology, Neuroscience, Respiratory, Bio-Med, and Patient Equipment departments, and for the overall quality of care delivered throughout the hospital. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and practices, and planning, coordinating, and directing operational activity for the campus in accordance with RWJBarnabas Health’s mission, vision, values, and regulatory requirements.   Reports To: The AVP of Operations reports directly to the Vice President of Operations at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
