In this newly created role, the Vice President (VP) of Perioperative and Anesthesia Services has the overall responsibility for providing the strategic vision and implementation of a consistent, optimized, and differentiated surgical platform across the system. The VP works closely with the Perioperative Services Executive Sponsor and Physician Executive dyad partner(s) to execute and elevate the surgical services platform systemwide. This leader oversees a team of perioperative and anesthesia leaders across Endeavor Health’s eight acute care hospitals, which collectively include 115 operating rooms and a staff of more than 2,500 team members, all maintaining 24-hour accountability for the operational, fiscal, and administrative functions of the clinical perioperative service line
