Seeking a Maternal Child Health Director for a hospital in New York City!   The Position The Director of Maternal Child Health will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all nursing functions within maternal child services, including Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, and Pediatrics. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will oversee a team of approximately 50 FTEs. This leader will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, promote a culture of safety and excellence, and drive continuous performance improvement initiatives within the department.
