Reporting directly to the President of Bremen Hospital, the Executive Director leads Laboratory Services across Beacon Health System. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-value, market-leading laboratory services that align with the strategic goals of Beacon, meet the needs of the medical staff, and comply with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards. The Executive Director works within a matrixed leadership structure, partnering closely with leaders from each operating entity to drive system-wide growth and implement value-based strategies for the Laboratory service line.
