Labcorp is searching for a growth oriented, commercially minded, hands-on leader to serve as Vice President & General Manager (VP/GM) for the Mid America Division in the Dallas subdivision.The VP/GM will provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to effectively lead and grow a diverse organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The VP/GM will lead an organization of over 600 people, both direct and indirect reporting lines, to drive employee engagement, strategic growth and operating goals of the business.Reporting to the VP/GM over the Texas market, the VP/GM will lead a $400m+ P&L. The successful candidate should have 10 years of clinical diagnostics, life sciences or healthcare sales/operational leadership experience.
