Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer will be an inspirational, visionary, and highly collaborative leader who shares AVH's belief that a great employee experience drives an exceptional patient experience. The CEO will be a staunch advocate for high-quality, community-based healthcare and provide strategic oversight to the Executive Team to ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures aligned with the organization's mission and objectives. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will guide short-
