Rooks County Health Center (RCH), a 20-bed critical access hospital with two rural health clinics, located in Plainville, Kansas, has an exciting opportunity for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). RCH operates under the governance of a hospital district with a five-person elected Board of Trustees.RCH built a new hospital facility in September of 2008.
