The Position

• The Director of Operations, Home Health, will be responsible for the comprehensive administrative duties including the planning and implementation of strategies across all Home Health/Long Term Nursing service lines for Agape’s Way Health Care Services. 
• The Director will oversee approximately three direct reports while focusing on the stratification, development, and implementation of program proposals, operational efficiencies, and both short-and-long-term growth plans for the division to ensure continuous delivery of 5-star patient care.
• This leader must be a forward-thinker, as they’ll be responsible for assessing financial, staffing/engagement, and expansion initiatives. 
• The Director will collaborate closely with external vendors managing organizational functions including accounting, marketing, IT, and additional support partners to ensure that caregivers, product lines, and operational performance are aligned with implemented quality care deliverables. 
• Ideal candidates will bring strong AHCA, CMS, CHAP, and/or APD regulations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. 
• This leader will closely monitor industry trends and growth patterns to effectively ensure the accuracy of publicly reported information as it pertains to the alignment of both state and federal compliance and regulatory requirements throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, with direct oversight of skilled home health or group homes preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, census growth, and staff development.
