This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Lead:

• Daily operations of a high-volume Orthopedic ASC

• Financial performance, budgeting, and strategic growth initiatives

• Collaborative relationships with our orthopedic surgeons and clinical teams

• Safety, compliance, and accreditation standards
