Our firm is conducting the search for a System Vice President of Real Estate, Facilities and Construction at Rochester Regional Health (RRH) in Rochester, New York. The health system has 9 hospitals and multiple ambulatory sites with total revenues of over $3 billion. RRH’s team includes over 19,000 exceptional care givers, which include over 2,200 medical staff and 4,000 nurses, providing care throughout Western, Central and Northern New York and beyond.

Reporting to the System Chief Operating Officer, the System Vice President of Facilities is responsible for campus planning, design and construction, real estate, clinical engineering, and managing the maintenance and operations of all the hospitals and ambulatory sites.

The appropriate candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is preferred) and have ten years of facility management experience in an acute care setting with increasing responsibility. One who has excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of developing strong, meaningful relationships at all levels is critical to this executive's success. Experience overseeing multiple hospitals will be viewed favorably and a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) is required.
