Norton County Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital with a Rural Health Clinic serving patients in northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska, is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the delivery of high-quality patient care, while managing the financial sustainability of the organization. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves the Norton County Hospital and Norton Medical Clinic by providing strategic leadership and financial oversight and direction.  The CEO is also responsible for working with the Board of Trustees and the Leadership team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.  Major Responsibilities and Duties: Ultimately responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with regulations, laws, procedures and policies.
