Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospice Executive Director to lead our new Cleveland agency in its mission to provide exceptional hospice care services. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse who has a strong background in hospice management and a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments. They will assume full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of establishing the hospice program for this branch, including but not limited to clinical operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, financial management, and community relations.
