BayCare Medical Group - Director Operations, Surgical Specialties

• Responsible for all adult Surgical Specialties operations within BayCare Medical Group.
• This includes the entire geography for BayCare Health Systems.
• Responsible for clinical office operations and hospital performed work (procedures, call other) by BMG Surgical Specialty providers.
•  The providers include adult surgical specialties physicians, advanced practice providers, and other providers assigned. 
• Works collaboratively in an Administrative / Medical Director dyad to improve quality, develop programs, address issues, improve physician relations, and organize operations to best serve our patients.
• Adult specialties include Bariatrics, Breast, Colorectal, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology Oncology, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Trauma and Urology.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required,
• Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Heath Administration or related field.

Experience Requirements:

• Requires a minimum of 5 years leadership (management level) experience in medical group management within an integrated healthcare system.
• Preferred experience is a combination of medical group management, project management and transformation leadership.
