Our promise to you: As an executive operational leader and expert in the provision of Senior Care-at-Home this position will play a key role in ensuring the success of the diverse Aging in Place programs by providing high quality operational support to each individual program and the development and growth of new programs. A significant Care-at-Home program is the Hospital and Urgent Care in the Home relationship with Dispatch. This position requires in-depth knowledge of each program’s operations, financial viability and business plan and focus on the following areas: customer, team, system, community and payer relationships.

The value you’ll bring to the team:
Provide program leadership & management to the various new services to be included in the Care-at-Home offerings. Oversee and administer all facets of the Care-at-Home Programs, including effective planning and implementation of program operations.
Support delivery of a product that can be negotiated with payers, providers and like entities in pursuit of attaining high-quality low-cost care.
Ensures that the customer perspective is a driving force behind leadership decisions and activities; identifying breakdowns in customer service and identifying solutions to create customer focused systems, processes and procedures.
Analyze business plan, financial and utilization data, create dashboards and reporting to tell data stories. Use analysis to improve programs, generate new business, engage new partnerships and funding sources.
Determine the mix and level of talent required by the organization to support current and future objectives. Attract, develop, coach, and retain high-performance team members, empowering them to elevate their level of responsibility, span of control, and performance.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Seven (7) years of progressive healthcare management experience required.
Three (3) years prior Senior Services or Home-Based Care experience required.
Strong business acumen with ability to drive change in a large, complex organization with matrix reporting relationship through use of interpersonal skills such as negotiating, collaborating and influencing.
Bachelor’s degree in a business, clinical discipline or healthcare-related field.
Master’s degree in related field. preferred
EPIC information system experience preferred.
Two (2) years of business planning or financial modeling experience with advanced data analytic skills to impact key business decisions, organizational design, functional and business process design strongly preferred.
