A fast-growing, private equity–backed healthcare platform is seeking a Director of Operations to help scale a multi-site, multi-specialty network during a critical phase of expansion.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive real enterprise value creation—leading growth initiatives, improving performance, and helping shape the future of the organization.

What You’ll Do
Lead new site development from buildout through profitability
Oversee operations across multiple practices and markets
Drive performance improvements across productivity, cost, and patient access
Develop and lead practice and regional operations teams
Partner with centralized functions across call center, scheduling, and marketing
Support and execute post-acquisition integrations
Track and optimize KPIs tied to financial and operational performance
What You Bring
Significant leadership experience in healthcare operations, including MSOs or multi-site, multi-specialty platforms
Proven success in PE-backed or performance-driven environments, with a strong understanding of EBITDA drivers
Demonstrated ability to lead and scale multi-location, multi-specialty operations
Hands-on experience with de novo launches, buildouts, and post-acquisition integration
Experience partnering with IT, call centers, scheduling, and healthcare marketing functions
Strong financial and analytical acumen, with comfort presenting to executive leadership
A data-driven, execution-focused leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
Bonus: 10% performance-based
