Exciting opportunity to join OU Health, a distinguished academic health center system, as the next Vice President of Transplant Operations.

The Position
The Vice President of Transplant Operations will lead the development and alignment of strategic goals to advance the success of transplant operations across the OU Health System.
This position reports directly to the President of Adult Services, will oversee 20+ FTEs, and works closely with key physician leaders.
This leader will be responsible for driving volume growth, with a primary focus on Kidney and Liver transplants, while also leading strategic planning for future expansion into Lung and Heart transplant services.
Ideal candidates will bring a strategic, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to elevate and advance the program to the next level. Success in this role requires a proven ability to partner with physician leadership, along with strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
This role requires an onsite leader; remote or hybrid work options are not available.
Requirements
Master’s degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field.
Minimum of seven to ten years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations required, including at least seven years in a direct leadership role within transplant services.
