Bay Clinic is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our established and collaborative
women’s health team on the Oregon coast. This is an opportunity to practice full-scope
midwifery in a supportive, team-based environment with strong physician collaboration
and access to a nearby hospital birth center.

About the Practice

• Multi-specialty group including Primary Care, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Allergy, and
Advanced Practice Providers
• Women’s Health team includes:
o 3 OB/GYN surgeons (one GYN-only)
o 2 Certified Nurse Midwives
o 2 Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners
• Collaborative model with independent practice and physician backup
• In-o?ice ultrasound and close proximity to Bay Area Hospital’s birth center

Position Highlights

• Full-scope midwifery including outpatient care and deliveries
• Four clinic days per week plus shared call
• Hospital-supported night midwifery coverage (Monday–Thursday)
• Opportunity to assist in C-sections
• Active involvement in clinic operations and program development
